Ioka "TACO's"

Well, they aren't actually Taco's, but they are a special Hall Boys tradition -- flour tortilla shells fried up in hot oil that are then given to each person to add their own mixture of fixings like tomatoes, cheese, avocados, lettuce, onions, ground beef, refried beans and sour cream. This is a SERIOUS meal that takes intense concentration and an appetite! Joe managed to muscle through 3 for his farewell dinner before he gets on a red-eye heading for home.
