An evening ritual
Even though it's been chilly (note the winter outerwear) and a bit wet, the pots plead for a drink every day or so. I consider it almost a contemplative task to water all the pots around the yard.You'll see my assistant lurking along the edge. I wish he killed slugs instead of squirrels...

So the trick to gorgeous flower & herb pots is daily watering. Hmmm. Any chance you can give advice as to what to do with our backyard 'garden' area?
let me give it some thought...are you really ready to take on the task of gardening and adding that to babies, dog and spouse???
Perhaps just a few herbs for cooking (and Joe sets up a watering system so you don't have to worry about that)?
